    UK Delivery:
    Standard Delivery within 4-5 working days by courier for £4.50

    Free UK standard delivery when you spend over £100. Free International delivery when you spend over £200.

    If your order is urgent please contact us on +44 (0) 207 411 7733 or email sales@paulabolton.com and we will do our best to deliver your jewellery within 48hrs.

    EU & International:
    Europe Delivery: £12
    Rest of World: £15

    International Duties and Taxes

    Please note that for international deliveries, import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

    Out-of-Stock Items

    If, in the unlikely event a product in your order is out of stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you immediately to inform you of when the product is expected to ship, or you will be offered the option to cancel your order if you prefer to immediately.

    Returns

    We hope that you will love your new Paula Bolton jewellery. However, if you are not completely happy with any purchase, we offer a no quibble refund policy.

    *Please Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

    To Request A Return:

    1. Contact Us To Request A Return
      Simply email sales@paulabolton.com to request your return within 28 days of purchase. Please indicate to us why you are returning the item and let us know whether you require the item to be replaced, exchanged for another item or whether you would prefer a refund.
    1. Post Your Items
      Returned items must be returned within 7 days from your refund confirmation date and all items must be unused and in original packaging. Please use tracked and signed for delivery to ensure that your parcel reaches us. We are unable to refund returns that are lost during delivery.

    2. We’ll Do the Rest
      Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment, including your return delivery costs. You can usually expect the refund to show in your bank within 2 working days.
