Jewellery
Every piece of Paula Bolton jewellery is designed by Paula. Paula loves to sketch and explore new ideas and inspirations, before finalising her drawings in digital form ready to be crafted by our silversmiths.
All Paula Bolton jewellery is 925 sterling silver with some pieces featuring 18ct gold plate. Every qualifying piece of silver is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay office, ensuring its authenticity and quality. We also use high quality resin to create striking forms for our contemporary art jewellery collections.
Our gemstones are all natural and responsibly sourced.
All Paula Bolton jewellery has been made by the same family of silversmiths since our first collection in 1994. Our relationship has spanned several generations, and we consider them part of the Paula Bolton family. We were passionate about ethical sourcing from the very beginning and are proud to have always looked after our silversmiths and ensured fair wages.
Ordering & Payment
Following placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.
You can pay by all the most popular payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Shop Pay, Paypal, Mastercard, Union Pay, Discover and Diners Club.
We take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Paula Bolton uses the services of trusted and reputable third-party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.
All card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
Delivery
We ship to the UK and internationally. Standard delivery by tracked courier is £4.50. You will receive a notification when your jewellery is dispatched with a tracking number. We are pleased to offer free UK delivery on orders over £100 and on international orders over £200.
Your jewellery will be delivered within 4-5 days from the date of your order. If you would like your order sooner than this, you can email our team at sales@paulabolton.com and we will do our best to deliver your jewellery sooner.
Yes, delivery is free for all UK orders over £100 and international orders over £200.
For international deliveries, import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Returns
We hope that you will love your jewellery. However, if you are not completely happy, we offer a no quibble refund policy. You can find the full details of our return policy here.

We are always happy to talk with customers and see if we can help. Where possible in some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange for jewellery that is unworn and ‘as new’ with all original packaging.
Jewellery Care
To care for your jewellery, we recommend you clean the polished silver parts with a gentle ammonia-based product. For gold-plated and matt silver, a gentle rub with a soft cloth is all that is needed. Do not use harsh abrasives or ultrasonic cleaning methods.
